Informal Q & A Session with Adam Jacoby, founder of MiVote.
The disruption of the democratic process is within arm’s reach... and will become a reality by the next federal election. MiVote, a democracy start-up, offers to empower votes with the opportunity to set the direction of their country, leveraging the accessibility of mobile devices and the power of blockchain technology.
MiVote founder, Adam Jacoby, believes that offering a platform to educate voters and help them choose from a range of policy options will help break undemocratic binary options and deadlocks on issues as broad as refugee policy and the energy mix.
Thursday 23rd from 6pm, Charlie Caruso, a local Perth "serial disruptor" has managed to secure an opportunity for a small group of interested individuals to meet and chat with Adam and his team at the Oxford Hotel Leederville.
Guests are invited to come along, hear the story of MiVote, and ask the hard questions.
All attendees are encouraged to invite likeminded curious individuals with an interest to explore the potential alternatives to our broken political system.
